Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are received damaged or defective. Samples/decants, such as 3ML sizes, are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a perfume is returned, the customer is responsible for shipping charges the product back to our address.For health reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded, except under circumstances where we have made a shipping error.
