Return Policy
At Mystique Scents, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for orders placed due to the nature of our products. To facilitate your confidence in our offerings, all our products are available in decant or trial sizes, allowing you to sample them before committing to a larger purchase. We recommend opting for a decant or trial size if you are uncertain about your selection. If you wish to dispute an order, please contact us via email at mystiquescentsindia@gmail.com.
Perfumes are considered non-returnable items.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are received damaged or defective. Samples/decants, such as 20ML sizes, are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a perfume is returned, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our address.
For refund or return unboxing video is mandatory as a proof, this unboxing video needs to be sent to Mystiquescentsindia@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of delivery.
For health reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded, except under circumstances where we have made a shipping error.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to approval upon receipt of the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment source. Customers are required to provide their bank details for processing.
Please note: All refunds are subject to a deduction of 2.5% as payment gateway associated fees.
For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days. (Please note: We do not withhold this amount.)
Order Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that there may be instances where we are unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may lead to order cancellation include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about product quality. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement due to our commitment to fast dispatch and efficient delivery services. To cancel your order, please email us your Order ID and the reason for cancellation at mystiquescentsindia@gmail.com
